Techniques by Keith Massey and The Golden Eagles
Wrestling Academy has taken yet another step towards
reaching their goals teaching life lessons and forming
a Regional Olympic Training Center.
Our Head Coach is Keith Massey. Keith took Lewis
Central High School in Council Bluffs to it’s highest
levels including being Public School National
Champions in 2001. This former Freestyle and
Greco-Roman National Champion has coached such

2007-2008 Coaching Staff
Head Coach Keith Massey will be joined by:
Head Beginners Coach “Big” Lew Massey. “Big” Lew has
had 49 years of coaching experience and has coached
countless state, regional and national champions of
all ages.
Zac Dominguez returns to the coaching staff this year.
Zac has been an assistant coach at UNO for the past 2
years and has helped them to 2 third place finishes.
Zac placed 5th in the Greco World Trials in 2005 and
4th in the Greco Olympic Trials in 2004. Zac was also
a 1997 Greco Jr. National Champion and a three time
Nebraska State Champion.
Patrick
Allibone rounds out the staff. Patrick is a Div. II
National Champion from the University of Nebraska at
Omaha who also boasts two other All-Americanships as
well as being a 3X Academic All-American. Patrick
spent his high school years wrestling for the
Crusaders of Sioux City Heelan where he was a 4X IA
state qualifier, 3X place winner and runner up his
senior year. Patrick is now working at the Nebraska
Medical Center in the research department. I am
honored to have Patrick as part of my coaching staff
not only for his expertise in wrestling but for his
excellent role modeling.
