Par Terre Camp
"Due to the amount of tournaments this weekend (13-15th)
 and people who want to come to the "Par Terre" camp
 I must postpone the camp until April 25-28".

This camp will teach wrestlers how  to wrestle in the “referee’s position” in the Olympic styles of wrestling. Some of you are inexperienced in these two styles of wrestling. This is an excellent chance to get a head start on the rest of the state on these important positions. For you experienced free style and Greco wrestlers it will be a good review and good opportunity to learn some new techniques.

Wrestling Techniques by Keith Massey is again excited to offer the very successful pre-regional wrestling camp. This camp is specifically designed to accelerate the USA wrestling Kids and Cadets to the awards stand at the Northern Plains Regional Tournament. The training and techniques will cover the basics, as well as highlight many of the “secrets” used in the Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles of wrestling.
